Founded by Mr. Tom Douramakos and Mr. Brett Proud in 2002, GuestLogix is now recognized by Deloitte as one of the fastest growing technology companies in North America with offices and support facilities in Canada, the United Kingdom, United States, South Korea, and Singapore. The Company’s management team members each have on average 15-20 years proven and related business experience pertaining to onboard merchandising, payments, information technology, finance, and supply chain ecosystems. Some executives have been directly involved in senior management positions with leading carriers in Europe, the United States and Asia.

Executive Management

Tom Douramakos, President & CEO

Mr. Douramakos brings over 20 years experience in product and business development through senior level positions with AT&T, CSG, Manulife Financial, Sun Life, CIT Canada, and Silverline Technologies. While traditional Supply Chain Management companies have focused on logistics and inventory management, it was Douramakos's vision and goal to create unique market products with repeatable delivery processes that are based on a holistic approach to the challenges faced by guest services providers and their suppliers.

Brian J. Reddy, COO & CFO

Mr. Reddy brings over 20 years experience as a senior financial manager with start-up, early stage and mature companies. Previously he was Chief Operating Officer at Honda Canada Finance Inc. and Vice President Finance at Hyundai Auto Canada Inc. Reddy is a member of the Canadian and Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Canadian Tax Foundation.

Brett Proud, EVP New Markets & Products

Mr. Proud brings over 20 years experience in supply chain planning and retail operations. Proud also has significant professional services experience in the information technology sector, including senior positions with Silverline Technologies, Mastech, Keane and Accenture.

Patrick O'Neill , SVP & GM GuestLogix USA

Mr. O'Neill brings over 25 years of travel industry experience with senior and executive level expertise in airline operations, field engineering, resource management, consulting and professional services. Prior to joining GuestLogix, he led the global airline operations delivery and consulting team for Sabre Holdings for six years. Before Sabre, he spent 20 years with Continental Airlines managing both hub operations and staff teams.

Richard Cushing, SVP & GM GuestLogix Europe

Mr. Cushing brings over 30 years of retail and supply chain experience. Prior to joining GuestLogix, Cushing spent 9 years developing and managing retailing programs at British Airways which was awarded the 2005 and 2006 “Global Inflight Retailer of the Year”. Cushing has also held several high level positions at Shell UK and Shell International managing the company’s supply chain and procurement divisions.

Tony Sit, SVP & GM GuestLogix Asia Pacific

Mr. Sit brings over 15 years of multi-functional travel industry and IT experience to GuestLogix. With an MBA and a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, he began his career as a front-line aviation engineer. Since then, Sit has held a variety of senior sales and marketing leadership roles with Boeing subsidiary Aviall, SR Technics Switzerland, McKechnie Aerospace and Honeywell Aerospace.

Senior Management

Jose Manuel Aldomar, VP Product

Mr. Aldomar brings more than 20 years experience in airline operations, passenger travel, information technology, and product engineering. Prior to joining GuestLogix, Aldomar held a number of senior management positions with Iberia Airlines. Aldomar is an Industrial Engineer graduate from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and received his Business Administration Certificate in Direct Marketing Management at the University of New York.

Chris Gardner, MD OnTouch Global Merchandising

Chris Gardner brings more than 15 years experience in business development and financial markets. Prior to joining GuestLogix as Global Onboard Merchandising he was a portfolio manager with B. Riley & Co. and an equity analyst with Goldsmith and Harris. Gardner graduated from Laurentian University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree and became a CFA charter holder in 2001.

Charlene Hutt, VP Human Capital

Ms. Hutt joined GuestLogix in April 2011, and has more than 20 years experience in the field of human capital management working extensively with the Government of Canada, Fortune 500 financial institutions and large technology firms, in addition to setting human capital strategic direction in startup and established organizations globally. Prior to her role at GuestLogix, she contributed her talents to C.S.T. Consultants Inc., a financial sales organization, as VP, People. As a Certified Project Management Professional, she has led large technology implementations such as performance management systems, learning paths, and corporate portals.

Peter Nguyen, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

Mr. Nguyen, was appointed General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of GuestLogix in September of 2010. Prior to joining GuestLogix, Mr. Nguyen practiced corporate/commercial law with an emphasis on technology law and technology transactions at two of Canada's largest national law firms and was in-house legal counsel to companies in the payments and telecommunications industries. He is a graduate of McGill University and the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. Mr. Nguyen is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, having been called to the Bar of Ontario in 2002, and he was admitted to the bar of the State of New York in 2005.

Jim Rosenlund, VP Corporate Technology

Mr. Rosenlund brings over 25 years experience in technology sector in IT development, management and delivery. Prior to joining GuestLogix, Rosenlund held senior IT management positions with New York Life, Manulife and Celestica.
