Job Description
GuestLogix has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Director. The Client Director's primary responsibility will be to lead the client engagement with Guestlogix's EMEA based customers. This is a client facing field based role with travel, and responsibilities will include developing new revenue streams, orchestrating services and projects delivered into customers and enhancing the overall customer experience on all its interactions with Guestlogix.
Candidate profile and experience
- Culture – able to work in a small team and be prepared to go the extra mile
- Face to face client management experience in a similar role – maturity, diplomacy and strength to manage demanding customers and internal colleagues
- IT solutions background (software/hardware based) – good understanding of software development and support (EPOS systems a real plus)
- Project management – must be able to support the development of project plans and challenge the detail
- Service delivery experience – understands incident management processes and is comfortable orchestrating work under pressure
- Revenue generation – able to develop and manage a fulfillment based revenue pipeline and support the sales function on major sales campaigns
- Communications – 1st class communicator
- Approach - leaves nothing to chance
- Languages - French a bonus
Remunerations
50/60k base - OTE of 80k
